Completed over two years, the project involved a complete internal demolition and the careful reconstruction of the home, room by room, alongside a thoughtfully designed extension to the eastern wing. Reimagining an Established Home
The scale and complexity of Benson Estate demanded a thoughtful and highly considered approach. Following a complete internal demolition, the residence was meticulously rebuilt room by room, allowing the home's original architectural character to be retained while introducing the comfort, functionality and refined finishes expected of a contemporary luxury residence.

The carefully designed eastern wing extension enhances the home's layout while remaining sympathetic to its original architecture. Inside, expansive open-plan living spaces are anchored by a striking coved ceiling, creating a sense of scale and elegance throughout the home.
